CONNECTIONS

Today Merritt stayed home from school with the crud. Susan is sick too. When I took the kids to school Holland stopped before jumping out to say with tears in her eyes, “but daddy Merritt and I always play together on the playground and I will miss him so much today.” Yes they are in different classrooms with different friends but the playground is their time to reconnect and celebrate their twin connection.
